Escort MAX Ci International is a "concealed" Radar/Laser Detector for Australia & New Zealand. Firmware upgrades are available through ESCORT Detector Tools Pro on a Laptop or PC.

Fixed speed trap alerts are generated by GPS linked to a Database of AU/NZ locations.

The GPS database of Fixed Speed and Red-Light Camera locations is updated through ESCORT Detector Tools Pro. Updates are FREE.

Locations of interest and danger can be marked and added to a database for future alerts.

ESCORT MAX Ci International detects speed-radar and speed-laser frequencies used throughout NZ and Australia, USA, Canada and the EEC.

K-band "segmentation" can be selected instead of Super Wideband: Detection of only K-band frequencies required minimises false alerts.

IMPORTANT: When the Antenna is installed behind an opaque surface (vehicle front fascia) for physical Stealth, Laser detection is lost. An alternative Laser solution is required. HIGH-RESOLUTION DISPLAY MAX Ci's miniature display provides a multitude of installation options, including an in-dash bezel (included) for that factory installed look. Easy-to-read alerts and access to user preferences are clearly visible at a glance.		MARK LOCATION The ESCORT MAX Ci's "Mark Location" feature enables your to manually mark known speed traps, camera locations, or anything else worth noting. Once stored in its memory, the MAX Ci will provide sufficient warning for all of these points of interest.

	ESCORT MAX Ci International is pre-loaded with Australian & New Zealand red-light and fixed-speed-camera locations. Regular updates are easy: The GPS database (satellite coordinates) is updated through a USB connection to your desktop or laptop computer.

Firmware upgrades are made through the Escort Detector Tools Pro "PC" Application

Speed and Red-light camera locations are now everywhere! Escort has addressed the increasing number of these safety cameras installed throughout Australia & New Zealand by pre-loading the ESCORT MAX Ci International with the DEFENDER® Database of active red light and speed camera locations. As you approach these places, the ESCORT MAX Ci will alert you in advance. You can add your own hot spots using the Mark Location feature.

Updates are available via the ESCORT website to keep you up-to-date with the latest changes. Simply go online to download the most up to date locations.


	*BSM K-band false alert rejection* Many new vehicles use K-band radar blind spot monitoring (BSM) systems that can set off a radar detector constantly. Escort MAX Ci International has special circuits and software to block BSM alerts.
